*Wish slumped down in her chair near the back of the class, her knees drawing closer to her body. Eyes straying towards the window, she caught a glimpse of the robin hopping from branch to branch in the oak tree that shadowed the room from the harsh sunlight outside.*
*Her fingers absentmindedly milled about, her left thumb rotating the ring on her left finger, spinning it without reason as her mind wandered from the lesson yet again, and trekked off to other places. Today was a nice day, maybe once classes were over, she'd actually venture outside. The garden would probably be secluded, everyone else had seemed too eager for the sports field when she heard them earlier in the day.*
*Sighing quietly, she leaned back, wishing that the room didnt have such an empty feel to it today, even with the lesson going on. No one seemed to have their mind here, each off in their own little worlds and sanctuaries. But then..she supposed...that made her no different from the rest*

Madam Red was walking briskly through the hallways of the Lost Academy College Building. Her red skirt was hitting her ankles, the froufrou of the silk and soft cotton accompagnying the 'tack tack' sound her high heals made on the marble ground.
Everything was impeccably clean and the white and black floor reflected the sunny spring light of the morning. Birds were singing and hopping from branch to branch; preparing their nests to welcome their soon to come family in it.
The red haired demon loved Earth and it's peaceful nature. She loved the green and the sun. Those things were literally unheard of in Hell and she thanked whatever for god there was, for having made her parents live on Earth instead of underground in the dark pits of the Inferno.
Blinking, she suddenly reminded her why she had come from the other side of the Lost Academy where her and King Gabriel's office was, to the College of their school. She had some specific class to keep, since the actual teacher was only a temporary replacement, who wasn't actually a teacher but an old friend from the medical school where she had studied for a year. She was in charge of the special ethnics class and had to abandon it for some time because of the heavy responsabilities she had to take care of, courtesy of King Gabriel's irresponsible and childish character.
Quickly, she took her pace back up and rushed towards the class. Knowing her friend, her students must be quite bored now; he couldn't help it. He was a doctor after all. And not a teacher.
Madam Red knocked at her classroom's door and opened it before the man could answer. Her eyes landed immediately on the most laziest student: Wish Tureis. She looked as demotivated as ever, just like the day when she arrived. Startling the students by her sudden entrance, she send the man away and took place in front of the black board, writing her name down, before she spoke up.
"My name is Angelina Durless, but I will ask you to call me by my given name, Madam Red. I am one of the Headmasters, as you already know and am also your teacher in Ethnics, Health, Summoning Spells and French. I am fairly hard to please and appreciate honest efforts." She paused, giving a piercing glance at the class, which suddenly looked more awake. "I will ask you to present yourself. The person over there, you start and Wish Tureis, you'll finish. Now chop, chop, we don't have all day."

*She slumped down farther in her seat, the fabric of her jeans causing friction as she sunk lower. Introductions were always such a waste..if she wanted to get to know any of these creatures here, she had other methods of doing so that were far more productive than a name and a few mentioned hobbies.*
*Her dark eyes lingered on the students as one by one, they rose from their seats and walked curtly up to the front of the room, only to give a brief introduction and a short ramble on who they were. Her thumb spun her ring around her finger faster now, the fidgeting a second nature at this point. She barely paid attention to the words that spilled out of their mouths, her attention seemed to keep drifting back to the window and the carefree robin hopping about in the shade. She kept an eye on the classmates from the corner of her gaze, so that she would not be scolded if she hesitated before her own turn.*
*Time seemed to drag on for too long, and by the time it was her turn, she rose quickly, almost eager, so that this silly charade may end. She already knew it was unlikely that anyone cared what words she used for herself, not that she would care much anyway, so no sense of pressure or dread followed her as she moved her way up to the front. public speaking had never daunted her.*
*In the front, she paused, her long hair taking a moment to settle behind her as she still still, and began to speak* "My given name is Wish Tureis, but you can call me by either. Ive been here at the Academy..." *she paused and did a quick count in her head* "For almost 5 years now, coming on the end of this semester. Dont really care to be making any friends, so dont bother me, and I'll keep a respectful distance from you too" *she shrugged, not feeling her words were out of place, and looked to Madame Durless for approval and permission to return to her seat*

"Well. Apparently, some people in college are still incapable of telling the strict necessary and make us lose important time you'll need for studying." declared Madam Red on a clipped tone, her eyes narrowing in displeasure.
She sighed and turned towards the board, jotting a few notes down. "I'd like you to finish this sentence for tomorrow: "My favorite Race - not your own of course - is.... Based upon this start, I want you to write down in a few lines why you like that race and what keeps your attention on it." Hearing a distinct groan, she shot her chalk right in the face of the student, knowing him out cold. She hated people who complained about such easy and simple tasks as homework. She was maybe severe, but she wasn't someone who asked too much of the others. She knew that they had their limits; well, not everyone could be the Emperors of the Supernatural after all. Only the Demons were reserved for that spot.
A picture of King Gabriel popped in her mind, but she swiftly ignored it. That naive idiot was certainly not an Emperor, even though he was the only person she actually saw as an equal.
"Miss Wish, please stay after class. I have a word to have with you. The rest, dismissed!" she finally finished, clapping in her hands.
While the class streamed empty, she collected all notes that she had written down while the presentations and then looked up to Wish. She liked the girl: she had a great potential as teacher. She would certainly not mingle with the students nor place personal feelings in the professional world. Sadly, she should be some more social and open to people; not only it would help her but also open her world somewhat more up.
Letting her heels hit the floor with loud 'tacks', she came closer to the young woman and leaned on the table next to hers, waiting for her to speak up.

*Her first thought was that she was in trouble. Wish might have been lazy from time to time, but she wasnt a trouble maker, and so she was puzzled now as Madam Durless stood close by and stared at her with those intimidating red eyes. Looking up to meet the gaze of the headmaster, Wish leaned back again, and laid both palms flat on the table.*
Yes, Madame Red..?

Madam Red looked sternly at her student, crossing her arms under her chest. Wish was far from being in trouble. In fact, she was one of those who never was in trouble, simply because she lacked the motivation to break the rules. But she also lacked the motivation to work somewhat at her studies to raise her marks. She was intelligent and fairly logical, making studying easy for her if she just put a little more time in it.
Madam Red couldn't help but sigh innerly. She was so different from how she had been when she was young. How troublesome could humanoid supernaturals and humans be...
"What would you think about working along side me as a teacher?" she randomly asked the younger female.

*Wish felt her chin jerk up sharply. This certainly was unexpected. After all, she was just a student herself. To teach other students meant more forced interaction. And what exactly cut her out for such a position? Clearly Madame Red was delusional from lack of sleep, or stress, or maybe she had confused Wish with another student.*
Me..? Teach..? *she was entirely aware that her confusion made her words seem somewhat unintelligent at this given moment* What would I be teaching..?

Madam Red, feeling from the younger female disbelief and hearing it in her voice, leaned closer toward her, narrowing her red eyes in a dangerous manner. She didn't like it when someone doubted of her; she was never (or almost never) wrong about anything, especially not when the feeling came from her guts. She stopped coming closer until her red hair was touching that of the younger female and their noses almost touching. She was intimidating and clearly breaking on purpose into Wish's personal bubble and comfort zone.
For a second, Wish could have assumed that Madam Red would snap something in animosity at her, but it didn't happen. Instead, she quickly rose up, a large smile on her face, looking completely relaxed and well, completely out of character. Instead of a serious and intimidating Headmaster, she was suddenly a mundane courtesan and talking to her student on a tone that would be assumed to be used to talk about petty things and the weather. She moved through the benches in a rather elegant and eccentric manner until she was at her desk.
"Well, of course, you teaching. You'll be following me in Ethnics classes as well in Health classes." she replied while sitting down and waving in an almost dismissing manner a fan that came out of nowhere at the student."You are perfect for the job." Then the happy look darkened again and a glare shot toward the sorceress made her understand that Madam Red wouldn't appreciate it and probably get on her violent side if she refused the position or even dared to refute her statement.

*Wish kept fidgeting in her chair as she looked up at the headmaster as she wove her way around the room*
If I went ahead and taught..would I still have to attend regular classes..? And look after the little tykes on the first floor..?
*She wasnt entirely fond of children, or anything loud and messy really, and she rather liked one or two of her classes, even if she was almost failing them*

Madam Red grinned and picked up her papers and folders, along with a silver pen she found on the desk. She'd have to give that back to it's owner, the doctor who had replaced her. Then, she walked towards the door of the classroom, opening it. She acted as if she had forgotten about Wish and started already to step out until she suddenly stopped and turned around. "Oh yes...King Gabriel will wait for you at the first hour. Before you'll be able to teach here, I'd like you to take care of some matters with him. Like...looking after the middle schoolers."
And on that, she left, a satisfied smile on her lips. But at the same time...she was bothered with herself. Now she had to find a new victim. ...King Gabriel would do the trick for a while. And she walked over to the gardens, for some reason knowing that he was there.

*sighing, Wish rose from her seat reluctantly. She didnt like when her life was yanked around and she felt she had no say in anything. She'd talk to Gabriel later, and see if he could sort the matters out. If not, she'd have to just take things into her own hands*
*Shuffling towards the door, she paused for a moment, and looked back. That little bird was still hopping from tree branch to tree branch. How she envied the simplicity of its life..*
*Shaking her head, she rubbed off the feeling, and quietly slipped down the hallway*
